• Hands-on, practical and enjoys working with tools and equipment.
• Familiar with basic electrical principles and equipment.
• Interested in developing a career in refrigeration, HVAC and related fields.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• A team player who understands the importance of excellent customer service.
• Motivated to grow and take on greater responsibility over time.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or N3 equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment and working with power tools.
• Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Clear criminal record and ability to meet the required medical fitness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside our technicians, you will gain practical experience while assisting with:

• Breakdown callouts and servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• New equipment installations.
• Cleaning filters and general maintenance.
• Using power tools such as drills, grinders and other workshop or site equipment.
• General technical and site-related tasks as required.
• Delivering professional and customer-focused service.
